Cancellation Policy:

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION FEE:

• Rescheduling within 24 hours: 50%

• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50%

• No Show, No Call: 100%

• The fee is the percentage of the missed services price.

By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling fee cannot be waived for any reason.

• BOOKING A WRONG DATE & TIME will result in a Late Cancellation fee, and we cannot waive the fee for this reason.

• The DATE, TIME, SERVICES in the confirmation email & text message are what we will have on our schedule. Please read the confirmation email/text message and contact us with any errors within 30 minutes after you book the appointment. We cannot be responsible for any booking errors after that period.

TIPS & INFORMATIONS for your best experience:

Please arrive on time: your service time may be shorten after the 10 minutes grace period. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled time, A No Show Fee will be charged.

Same day appointment may be canceled or rescheduled (without a fee) no later than 30 minutes after you book the appointment.

Booking Right Services: every service requires different timeframes, staffs, and resources. The desired services cannot be offered if they are not booked, if we have to reschedule, a late cancellation fee will be charged. Please CONTACT US for more informations on services or products.

Cancel NOT-NEEDED appointments: all appointments are subject to Cancellation policy. Booking a new appointment will not automatically cancel the not-needed appointments.

A credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your credit card information is processed and stored by STRIPE.com; We do not see or store your credit card information on our servers or computers.
